Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel that offered breathtaking views of the Alps. We especially loved the delicious breakfast with lots of organic options. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool while we appreciated the serene spa area for some relaxation.

Absolutely gorgeous traditional Austrian-style hotel! The breakfast was legendary—an assortment like no other, leaving you spoiled for choice. Plus, the service? Next level, making you feel right at home. The delicious meal we had made it even better!

On the flip side, the dining area could get a bit too hot for my taste, and the shower was a test of patience—it took ages to get hot water running. Just a couple of quirks in an otherwise stellar stay!

The Junior Suite was super cozy with excellent decor. It had lovely mountain views that just made my mornings special. Even though the room was comfy, I kinda wished it was a tad bigger for even more space. The bathroom was nice—spotless and well-equipped. Overall, it felt homey and welcoming!

the shower took a while to heat up , but the breakfast had a huge selection including nine types of honey. the spa facilities were relaxing with both indoor and outdoor options. the staff was incredibly attentive to all our needs!

During my stay, I loved the short walk to the stunning Legenden Park and the charming pedestrian paths around the area that gave me a taste of local life, making my explorations so enjoyable. Whether it was admiring the beautiful architecture or indulging in a lovely coffee at one of the nearby cafes, every moment was delightful. Single travelers will appreciate the close proximity of attractions like the vibrant Museum Kitzbuhel and the soothing Alpenblumengarten for a quick escape into nature.

On the downside, our room was smaller than anticipated, making it a bit cramped with all our gear. Plus, the shuttle timing was a bit limiting for evening outings.

The rooms could benefit from better sizes for a luxury hotel!!! It's also puzzling why shuttle service back from town ends so early at 5 PM, which can really derail evening plans!!! Limited communication on staff responses could improve the overall experience too!!!
